APNOMS (Asia Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium) has been a premier conference on network operations and management in the Asia Pacific region. APNOMS 2012 is sponsored by the KICS Committee on Korean Network Operations and Management (KNOM), IEICE Technical Committee on Information Communication Management (ICM) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE ComSoc. APNOMS meets every year, typically during September and boasts a rich history of successes. It includes a full three-day program of keynotes, tutorials, technical sessions, innovation sessions, panel discussions, poster sessions, and exhibits that focus on managing networks that span the computing and telecommunications areas. APNOMS 2012 will be held in Seoul, Korea. We are cordially inviting you to submit papers for technical session, poster session, innovation session, and special session. Also, we invite you to submit tutorial proposal on recently advanced topics.

Seoul is the capital of Korea and a city in which the Hangang (River) flows through, from east to west, and is surrounded by great mountains, and the city contains both history and tradition, as well as the latest IT technology, making it a kind of a city which is quite rare anywhere on the globe. Seoul is a city of various culture and variation. The city has over 700 museums, including the National Museum of Korea and the National Folk Museum, which all contain countless number of articles, a number of performance centers, such as the Sejong Center for Performing Arts, National Theater and more, and has over 400 galleries which all the people to see various art works.
